Precautions: read instructions before use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. For adult use only. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Whitening strips will only whiten natural teeth. Do not use on loose teeth/dental restorations. Veneers, crowns and fillings will not be affected. Do not use this product if you suffer from gum problems.

• Moisten teeth with tongue. Apply one strip (either side) to lower teeth, avoiding the gum line.
• Fold excess strip behind the teeth. The strip will adhere to teeth. Repeat for upper teeth.
• Allow dissolving. The strips should be fully dissolved after approximately 15 minutes. Apply to upper and lower teeth for 14 consecutive days
